variance or decision of the administrative officer. I understand the meetings are
held twice a month (second'and fourth Mondays). The legal advertisement must appear
a minimum of fifteen (15) days before the hearing. I agree to pay the hearing fee
of $30.00 which is to off -set the cost of the hearing.

Don Graf of 56 Brower Parkway has discussed his desires to erect
a Amateur Radio antenna up to a height not to exceed 50. The upper
12 feet being mainly a Vertical antenna. He has had the maim portion of
the antenna up for several months at a height of about 35 feet. We'do not
have any problems with the addition of an antenna extending another
12-15 feet.
