Dear Dalila:
I am writing on behalf of Robert & Doris Gaulin to formally request a sketch plan
meeting for a proposed two -lot subdivision of an existing 0.57± acre residential parcel located at 400
Hinesburg Road in South Burlington.
In accordance with the City of South Burlington Land Development Regulations, the
following items are respectfully submitted:
1. Application for Subdivision Sketch Plan Review.
2. Subdivision Sketch Plan Drawing SK-1 dated January 16, 2019.
• Three full size (24" x 36'� copies.
• One reduced size (11" x 17") copy.
• One digital (PDF-format) copy, under separate cover.
3. Sketch Plan Meeting Fee of $413.00
• ($350 base fee + $25 Lot 1 + $25 Lot 2 + $13 recording fee)
