Appears to be a good use for the property. 2. Does not change the character of the area, automotive relat- ed uses in the area. 3. Traffic within the area should be less than prior use. 4. Meets all criteria set forth under Section 19.05 of the zoning regulations. Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request for a conditional use is hereby approved. Stipulations: That no vehicles be allowed to back up on to Bartlett Bay Road.
