Ward Zoning Administrator City of South Burlington 1175 Williston Road South Burlington, Vermont 05401 Dear Mr. Ward: As requested during our recent telephone conversation, I am enclosing a site plan indicating the location upon which the Lake Champlain Regional Chamber of Commerce would like to place our tourist information office for the period May through October, 1977. The office will be used to provide a convenient location for dissemination of information and material to tourists and other visitors to the region and will be housed in an 8' x 25' trailer. The trailer is equipped with a lavatory and septic holding tank. The office will be manned by one or more attendants during hours of operation. We anticipate that the office will be open Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during the period May 27 to June 30 and will be open seven days a week thereafter through September 5. We will then revert to a weekend opening schedule through October 16. I would appreciate receiving approval for the placement of the trailer on site at your earliest convenience.
