The rquirement for parking space for 70 space is waived to the 50 spaces shown on the preliminary site plan conditional on the partial use as a computation and training facility. Any change in use or ownership would require review of the par ing by the Planning Commission. 3. A revised landscaping plan shall be submitted for approval by the Planner. There shall be no change in planting species 'but only in location. 4. The access drive shall be privately maintained. 5. This approval expires 6 months from this date. 6. The access drive shall be entirely on this piece of property. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Acceptable; conforms to requirements of subdivision approval. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Circulation area meets accepted design standards; the 70 space parking requirement is waived to 50 due to space occupied by data processing equipment. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Adequate: conforms to ordinance requirements and substantially improves aesthetics of an open, exposed lot. South Burlington Planning Commission.
