1. A sewer allocation of 90 gpd is granted in accordance with the
South Burlington Sewer Policy. The V.-&)U/gallon fee shall e paiZT

City Planner and City Engmneer for approval prior to permit.
9. The buildina permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this
approval is null and void.
Mrs. Peacock seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
3. Consider request of Hobie Richards John Rao and Antonio Pour-
er eau to revise the conditions —of approval -regarding tra is
circulation in front of the existing ui in approved or a
specialty food market at 1525 Shelburne Rd.
Mrs. Lafleur said the question is whether they have to landscape
up to the building or whether they can have a drive around the
front of the building. Mr. Richards said the drive will be wide
enough so the fire trucks could get through. Mrs. Maher felt the
applicant was trying to do their best and have closed the Shel-
burne Rd. curb cut. She felt it was definitely an improvement.
Mr. Irish, representing the Bartlett Bay Homeowners Association,
said they were concerned with traffic especially with cars that
cut throughthis lot. Mr. Rao said this can't be done now since
the curb cut has been closed.

Mrs. Hurd moved that the Planning Commission revise the approval
dated 3/51487) of the site plan appiication or Hooie Kicnaras,
°John Rao and Antonlo Pomerleau for conversion of the existing

building at 1575 Shelburne Rd. to a specialty resfood market
as de4cted on a plan entitled tiAlterations to the Lxisting NBC
Building - Shelburne Road" prepared by Gordon G. Woods dated
anuary 1987. last revise as follows:

Mrs. Maher seconded. Motion passed unanimously.
Other Business
Members were unanimous in the decision not to discuss zoning
regulations without more members present. The item was postponed
until 12 May.
Mrs. Lafleur said she will schedule a Public Hearing on the traffic
portion --of the Ordinance for the end of May.
As there was no further business to come before the Commission,
the meeting adjourned at 8:20 pm.
