HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-87-0000 - Decision - 1525 Shelburne RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Hobie Richards, John Rao and Antonio Pomerleau for conversion of the existing building to a fresh food specialty market at 1525 Shelburne Road. On the 31st of March 1987, the South Burlington Planning Commis- sion approved the request of Hobie Richards, John Rao and Antonio Pomerleau for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access is approved from Harbor View Road only. The Shelburne Road Driveway shall be closed and a new concrete curb installed. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is adequate. There shall be no circulation in front of the building. This area shall be landscaped. Parking is adequate as proposed. 3. LANDSCAPING AND SCREENING: The front of the building shall be landscaped. A new plan shall be submitted to the City Planner for approval prior to permit. A $1500 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. The plan shall include 7 hawthorne trees, not shrubs. 4. DRAINAGE: Prior to permit, plans shall be submitted to Wagner, Heindel and Noyse for an evaluation of the stormwater runoff and erosion control. The results shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval prior to permit. 5. A $1463 contribution toward the Shelburne Road intersection improvement fund shall be paid prior to permit. this is based on the 57 trip ends generated by this development. 6.
