public hearing at the Town Office Building, 555 Dorset Street,
South Burlington, Vermont on Wednesday, April 23, 1969 at 7:30
p.m. to consider the following:
Apppeal of Nathaniel R. bash seeking a variance from Section
7.40 Yard Requirement of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance.
Request his permission to erect a building within 50' of the
required front yard, and on the side lot, line, to the North
on a site of land located on Shelburne Road approximately 1561
North of B'artletts Bay Road.
