The South Burlington Planning Commission held a meeting on
Tuesday, 5 August 1986, at 7:30 pm, in the Conference Room,
City Hall, 575 Dorset Street.
Members Present

Review Minutes of 22 July 1986
Mrs. Maher moved to accept the Minutes of 22 July 1986 as
printed. Mr. Belter seconded, and the motion passed
unanimously.
2. Consider motion to TABLE site plan application of Alan
Palmer, lot #3, RDR 3 lot subdivision, Kimball Avenue
Mrs. Maher moved to table the site plan application of Alan
Palmer, lot #3, RDR 3-lot subdivision, Kimball Avenue, for
one week. Mrs. Hurd seconded, and the motion passed
unanimously.
3. Consider motion to TABLE site plan application of Nordic
Ford/Toyota, 1519 Shelburne Rd.
Mrs. Maher moved to table the site plan application of Nordic
Ford/Toyota, 1519 Shelburne Rd. Mrs. Hurd seconded, and the
motion passed unanimously.
4. Continue site plan application of Nathaniel Lash for
construction of a 5065 sq. ft. addition.to Town & Country
Furniture, 1515 Shelburne Rd.
Mrs. Lafleur noted that no plans have been received and that
Mr. Lash is still negotiating with Mr. Pomerleau. There must
be a decision on the application tonight.
Mrs. Hurd moved that the South Burlington Planning Commission
deny the site plan application of Nathaniel & Millicent Lash
for a 5065 sq. ft. addition to the existing Town & Country
Furniture Store at 1515 Shelburne Rd. as depicted on a plan
entitled "Town & Country Furniture, South Burlington,
