HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-86-0000 - Decision - 1475 Shelburne RoadFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of William and Timothy O'Brien for conversion of building to cosmetology school and hairdresser at 1475 Shelburne Road. On the 5th of August 1986, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of William and Timothy O'Brien for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: Access will remain from the existing 22 foot wide driveway. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation is adequate. Thirty one parking spaces are shown. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: A 5 foot grassed strip shall be installed between the parking spaces and southern property line for snow storage and aesthetic reasons. A $750 bond shall be posted prior to permit. A $642 intersection improvement fee shall be paid prior to permit. A 1500 gpd sewer allocation at $2.50 per gallon fee shall be paid prior to permit. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months. South Burlington Planning Commissio
