Area is zoned B.P.D. District, build;.ng involved is
presently a four apartment unit.
In 1973 the Planning Commission approved this plan, the
appiicaticn of Decorative Things, Mr. Gordon .,'right.
This build-ng is non -conforming to the dimensional require-
ments and was granted a variance by the Zoning Board of
Adjustment. The proposed use will be a retail shop
(943 sq. ft.) and three apartments.
The site is presently landscaped with an old sand of
trees.
Recommend that the northerly driveway be closed, the
southerly driveway is large enough to serve two way traffic
and is accessible to the parking area.
/ The Planning Commission may want some landscaping within
the front yard.
