HomeMy WebLinkAboutZB-91-0000 - Decision - 1350 Shelburne RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON On the 9th of December, 1991, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Plaza In- vestments, Mery Brown, 1350 Shelburne Road, based on the follow- ing facts and findings: 1) Appeal for a use variance was withdrawn, appellant's use of property as.a general business office considered by the Board as permitted. 2) Board considered outside storage of vehicles as a conditional use. Nature of business differs from typical car rental agency. 3) Nature of business being insurance replacement vehicles, applicant states no more than ten (10) vehicles on site at any one time. 4) Impact of traffic is projected to be less than retail sues. r^� 5) Essential character of the area is automobile related. Based upon the above stated facts and findings the appellant's request for a conditional use is hereby granted.
