I agree with Mr. Steve Page regarding access to this property, mainly concerned with crossing to railroad tracks, approval is required by Public Service Board and Vermont Railway. Sketch Plan Review - Goss property avartments, Shelburne Road This proposal is for 27 apartment units (PUD) on a 9 acre parcel to the rear of Goss Dodge, wast of the railroad tracks. The property Is accessible byA900' right of way to Shelburne Road, which outlets just south of Plants Plus. The property is level and overgrown with scrub trees for the most part; it is served by municipal sewer and water. The most significant issue is access - the use of a curb cut on Shelburne Road in this location should be minimizePor prevented if it all possible. There are a number of alternatives for access through adjoining properties which should be thoroughly explored. Also, the applicant should provide proof that he can obtain permission l:or an at grade crossing from the railroad, before further time and money is spent persuing the project. L-f d:5;5;aA%5)
