DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 13th Day of January 1997, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment
heard testimony regarding a conditional use application of Douglas Hoar, 1485
Shelburne Road, d.b.a. Goss Dodge.
Based upon the testimony provided at the above mentioned public hearing and the
documents submitted to the Zoning Board of Adjustment which are contained within
the "document file" for this application, the Zoning Board finds, concludes, and
decides as follows:
Findings of Fact
1) The area in question is zoned C-2 District.
2) The existing use is a conditional use under Section 13.214 of the zoning by-
laws.
3) Extensions and alterations to any conditional use requires Zoning Board of
approval under Section 26.05.
4) The proposed addition 18'x 24' is in compliance with other provisions of the
by-laws.

1) Evidence presented by the applicant confirms no change to the general
character of the area, proposed addition should not be noticeable.
2) The proposed use complies with the stated purpose of the district.
3) Addition as proposed will serve existing managers no additional staff
proposed.
4) No impact on City services and no change to existing traffic patterns.
Based upon the findings and conclusion set -forth above, the Zoning Board of
Adjustment hereby grant a c nditional use request to construct a 181x 24' addition
for general sales office us , to atect at 1485 Shelburne Road.
