On the 14th of October 1980 , the

of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - MP iatP as Wi sed.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING- Previous approval stipulated 50 parking
spaces, less than normal standard. Observations indicate that number has
been adequate. Additional 35 spaces is sufficient for new addition.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - Trees at site of new parking must be
relocated. In addition, new landscaping must be provided. Five additional
Norway Maples must show on final site plan.
