HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-89-0000 - Decision - 0040 IDX DriveFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of BPD Realty, Inc, for operation of a day care facility in an existing office building, 1500 Shelburne Rd. On the 10th of October, 1989, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of BPD Realty, IncA for site plan review under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: There is access to Shelburne Road and Holmes Road. The Shelburne Road access will be entrance only. 2. CIRCULATION & PARKING: Eighty parking spaces are required and are shown. There is circulation to the south, east, and west sides of the building. S. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING: The 4-5 inch caliper maple which will be disrupted byu the widening of the access drive on the south side of the building shall be relocated elsewhere on the site. 4. OTHER: a> This approval is for a maximum of 70 day care students as expressed by the applicant. Any increase in the number of students shall require Planning Commission approval. b) An additional 660 gpd sewer allocation is granted. This approval is for a maximum of 70 days care students. This approval includes an additional sewer allocation of 660 gpd. This project will be served by the Bartlett's Bay Treatment facility which has sufficient capacity to handle this demand. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
