Re: O’Brien Farm Planned Unit Development of Remaining Lands; O’Brien Eastview
Dear Ms. Keene:
On October 5, 2020, O’Brien Eastview, LLC submitted supplemental materials to the application for
Preliminary Plat and Master Plan review submitted originally on August 18, 2020. After reviewing that
submission, you requested that O’Brien Eastview, LLC: “Please submit a package that represents all the current
materials for this application, even if some are duplicates of your initial submission.”
On the following page, please find a table of contents of the full list of exhibits and submissions relevant
for this application. Plans and exhibits provided are all the most current versions and files such as the “civil
drawings,” are saved as one file, containing multiple pages, per your request. For the sake of clarity, the full
submission from August 18, 2020, and October 5, 2020, are also attached here as a single file, inclusive of the
exhibits originally submitted and the narratives. The August 18, 2020 cover letter remains as the project
description and narrative detailing compliance with the Zoning Regulations, and is where answers to questions
regarding compliance with applicable zoning criteria can be found. The supplemental on October 5th did provide
some additional information, but largely only addressed the questions of your September 11, 2020 email.
The files attached and provided are the most current and final versions of the plans, charts, tables, etc.,
provided as part of this application. They include the changes made for our October 5th supplemental. We
appreciate your continued efforts to review this application and to schedule our hearing with the Development
Review Board. I look forward to hearing from you.
