of your proposed dwelling at thirty five (35) feet.
I understand that you will be appearing before the Zoning Board
of Adjustr9ent requesting a waiver which will allow for a walk out
basement. Should you be denied your request the grade will be
changed so that no part of the dwelling will exceed the maximum
height allowed.
