FINAL PLAT APPLICATION #SD-11-47
FINDINGS OF FACT AND DECISION
Super -Temp Wire & Cable, hereafter referred to as the applicant, is seeking final plal
plan approval for a planned unit development consisting of a 35,000 sq. ft.
manufacturing facility to be constructed in two phases, phase 1 consisting of 30,000 sq.
ft. and phase II consisting of 5,000 sq. ft., 104 Bowdoin Street.
The Development Review Board finds, concludes and decides the following:
FINDINGS OF FACT
1. Super -Temp Wire & Cable, hereafter referred to as the applicant, is seeking final
plat plan approval for a planned unit development consisting of a 35,000 sq. ft.
manufacturing facility to be constructed in two phases, phase 1 consisting of
30,000 sq. ft. and phase II consisting of 5,000 sq. ft., 104 Bowdoin Street
(hereinafter the "application").
2. The applicant did not submit, nor did the Development Review Board review, a
sketch plan for the application, pursuant to Section 15.05(A) of the South
Burlington Land Development Regulations (SBLDRs). The applicant did not
submit, nor did the Development Review Board approve, a preliminary plat for
the application, pursuant to Section 15.08(A) of the SBLDRs.
3. The owner of record of the subject property is Super -Temp Realty Company Inc.
4. The subject property is located in the Industrial Open Space Zoning District.
5. The plans submitted consist of a twenty (20) page set of plans, page one (1)
entitled "New Manufacturing Facility Bowdoin Street South Burlington Vermont",
prepared by Civil Engineering Associates, and dated April 2006, and last revised
on 6/29/07. David Marshall, P.E., presented the application.
6. The application was received on December 16, 2011.
7. The Development Review Board held a hearing on the application on January
17, 2012, April 17, 2012, July 17, 2012, and October 16, 2012.
8. The hearing was closed on October 16, 2012.
9. By letter dated November 16, 2012, from applicant's representative, David
Marshall, the applicant withdrew the application.

CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
9. Applicant has withdrawn the application. Therefore, the Development Review
Board will not approve the application.
DECISION
Motion by Tim Barritt, seconded by Bill Stuono, to approve Final Plat Application #SD-
11-47 of Super -Temp Wire & Cable.
