Please be advised that we approve your request of January 6, 2021 for a one (1) year extension to the time
limits in condition #5 of the above referenced decision. You now have until January 29, 2022 to obtain a zoning
permit for Phase 1 and until July 29, 2026 to obtain a zoning permit for Phase 2 for this project.
