Hi Andy,
We have reviewed your application against the application requirements of Appendix E and request the following:
1. You note garage parking spaces will be reserved. Will surface parking spaces also be reserved?
2. Provide a sketch showing what exterior finish materials will be used
3. provide a sketch showing how long term bicycle parking will be provided in the parking garage
One other note: I have just heard back from the State E9‐1‐1 person, and it seems I made a major error on the Lot M
address. I don’t know what I managed to do, but according to the correct calculation, the address of the building on Lot
M should be on the order of 112 Garden Street, and the address of THIS application for Lot D should be on the order of
324 Garden Street. Because the buildings are big and addresses are assigned based on distance from the beginning of
the street, there is a little wiggle room here, so let me know your thoughts.

Hi Marla –
Attached is the FBC Site Plan Review application for Lot D at City Center.
The proposed building contains only 43 dwelling units (no non‐residential space). I’ve calculated the FBC Site Plan
Review application fee as follows:
Administrative review fee = $153
Per residential unit fee = $4300 ($100 x 43 dwelling units)
Total fee = $4453
Can you please confirm the application fee and the number of copies that should be delivered to City Hall? 3 full size
and I reduced – or just 1 full size and 1 reduced?

We’d be happy to go over the application and plans with you after your initial review. Please let us know when we can
proceed with scheduling the public information meeting, and any guidance on how that meeting should be scheduled
given COVID19 restrictions.
