HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-87-0000 - Decision - 1340 1342 Shelburne RoadFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Dennis Blodgett for conversion of the existing building to office space and demolition of 4 structures at 1340-42 Shelburne Road. On the 24th of February 1987, the South Burlington Planning Commission approved the request of Dennis Blodgett for site plan approval under Section 19.10 of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS: All driveways on Route 7 shall be closed and concrete curbs installed. Access shall be shown from Holmes Road extension and shall be located at least 150 feet from the intersection. Temporary access is granted to the existing house during renovation and demolition through the existing curb cut to the south of the existing house. Revised plans showing this shall be submitted to the City Planner prior to permit. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING: Circulation and parking are adequate with the new driveway location. 3. LANDSCAPING AND SCREENING: Landscaping requirements are waived. 4. Revised plans must be submitted to the planner for approval prior to permit that show lot size, dimensions, lot coverage and the deeded 80 foot right of way. The future Holmes Road r.o.w. shall be deeded to the City prior to permit. 5. An evaluation from Wagner, Heindel, & Noyse shall be submitted to the City Engineer for approval prior to permit. The recommendations for storm water retention and erosion control shall be followed by the applicant. 6. The building permit shall be obtained within 6 months or this approval is null an oid.
