Anthony Duchaine – Lodged on two active warrants.
NARRATIVE:
On December 26, 2020 at approximately 1526 hours, numerous officers responded to the
University Mall for a report of an unresponsive female in the driver’s seat of a vehicle. Upon
arrival, the female was awakened and identified as Angel Lee. A passenger, later identified as
Anthony Duchaine provided a false name initially and was determined to have warrants for his
arrest. Both Lee and Duchaine refused to exit the car and moved the car forward a short
distance before officers were able to control the situation and have them exit the vehicle. Lee
was taken into custody and later cited for Impeding officers and Resisting Arrest. Duchaine was
taken into custody for the active warrants and lodged. The vehicle was seized in order to apply
for a search warrant.
