Box 2287 South Burlington, Vermont 05403 Re: Airport Exxon Dear Mr. Simendinger: f ZONING ADMINISTRATOR 658-7958 On October 12, 1995, you requested a permit to remove the Texaco canopy signs and replace the sign with an Exxon pylon sign. Based on the information submitted with the application, the new pylon sign measured thirty (30) square feet and at a height of fifteen (15) feet. The pylon sign which was erected appears to be eighty (80) square feet or more and is therefore not in compliance with the sign specifications submitted with the application. Enclosed please find a copy of sign permit #95-49 issued October 12, 1995. Be advised that the sign erected does not comply with the City's Sign regulations and therefore must be removed. Your cooperation in this matter will prevent the City from having to pursue any further action. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call me. Very truly, Richard Ward, Zoning Administrative Officer RW/mcp 1 Encls
