Gentlemen:
Enclosed is :=in appeal for conditional use of the
building at 1301 Shelburne Road .
I would like to establish a transmission. repair
business at the above address.
The building has been uses for repairin,F, and recondi-
tioning cars for some time so th-t,esseriti.a.11y, t�.ere is no change
in the nature of the operation.
We ec;timate that we will rebuild about three t~ansmissions
per day and service three to six cars per day.
We will employ four people full time andone person pert
time.
There will be no external cha,n7,es to the building
except to erect a sign as per attached application and rendering:.
As far as I know, we will not affect adversely existing
or planned community facilities.
There will be no change in the character of the area
affected.
There will be no measurable increase in traffic on
Shelburne Road.
There will be no change in the essential character
of theneighborhood where the property is looted, nor any irripair-
ment of the development or appropriate use of adjacent property,
nor will it be detrimental to the public welfq.re.
