Be advised that the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment
has approved your request for a zoning variance. The Board
stipulated that the use be that of a professional office build-
ing, excluding any retail use. And those conditions expressed
in a lett.dr from Mr. 'Vincent Naramore (on file at this office)
be complied with. Your proposal is subject to site plan approval
by the Planning Commission.
