Re: Findings of Fact, application of Mallory and Marica
Parker, for Great Northern Stereo at 1210 Shelburne Road
On the llth of June 1985 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved btXdhiiaM the
request of Mallory and Marcia Parker
for site flan approval under Section 19.1
of the South Burlington Zoninq Regulations based on the
following findings:
1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access will be from Imperial Drive,Existing
curb opening will be reduced by 5 feet in width. It shall
include a depressed concrete curb.
2. CIRCULATIOIJ AIND PARKING - Fourteen spaces are approved in-
cluding 1 handicapped. Four spaces are inside for vehicle
service.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREtNING - A $2400 landscaping bond shall be
posted prior to permit.
4. Other - A sidewalk shall be constructed on the property line
on Imperial Drive. A bond shall e posted prior Fo permit in
am amount determined by the City Engineer. The sign pedestal
in front of the building shall e removed. Permits a be
obtained within 6 months. Zoning Board stipulations were no
outside storage, no multiple use or occupancy ot building, and
all servicing shall be done insi e. r,�
