Board of Adjustment will hold a

1986, at 7:00 P.M. to consider
the following:
01 Appeal of J. Robert Audette
seeking a variance, from Section
18.00, Dimensional requirements
and Section 19.65 Multiple uses
of the South Burlington Regula-
tions. Request is for permission to
construct five (5) buildings con-
taining 12,800 square feet and
occupying said structures as a
mini -storage complex in conjunc-
tion with two other buildings con-
taining approximately 7,200
square feet. Also requiring a
variance to the minimum rear
yard, request is to construct a
40'x60' building to within twenty
(20) feet of the northerly rear
yard, at 1900 Williston Rood.
02 Appeal of Edward Crane and
William Rust seeking approval,
from Section 12.20, Conditional
uses and Section 19.65 Multiple
uses of the South Burlington Reg-
ulotions. Request is for permis-

This letter is to authorize William Rust and Rick Poirier to apply for
multi -use permit for my building at 1333 Shelburne Road.
It is my understanding that Mr. Poirier wishes to use 840 square feet
of the southwest corner of the building for an Automotive Upholstery
shop.

held twice a month (second and fourth Mondays). The legal advertisement must appear
