Dear Mr. Boardman:
Your request for a variance from the front yard set back
provisions of the South Burlington Zoning Ordinance has
been granted by the Zoning Board of Adjustment.
However, you have been denied a variance from the provi-
sions,which require a buffer zone. You will be required
to have a buffer area of a minimum of fifteen (15) feet
along the front property line.
Prior to issuance of any building permit a new site plan
must be filed wits this office.
