The vacant house and associated improvements on this property will be removed by demolition, deconstruction, or relocation. The building foundations will be demolished to 2 feet below existing grade and the cellar holes will be filled in. The -municipal water service will be capped at the property right-of-way and the municipal sewer service capped 5 feet outside the foundation wall.
