has approved your site plan submitted for McNash Motors, Inc.

trees be planted within the front yard, and, all other plantings
be done as per the plaL-I submitted. Also stij-.oulate(i was that a
bond covering landscaping be posted in the axi-iount of $1,200.
The e bond is Eequire(1 prior to the issuance of a building permit
All plantings now on the site are to be preserved.
