It is my understanding that the lot contains fifty (50) foot frontage off Birchwood Court and that the overall lot measures 62,8' x 1461. The area is zoned Residential 4 District which allows for &Angle family dwellings. The proposed location of your dwelling as sub- mitted on Monday, January 30, 1978 is in conformance to the dim- ensional requirements. Once the question of water and sewer has been resolved, this office will issue a permit. We are returning your thiry dollar check and a application for a permit. A permit is also required for the sewer connection, the fees are five (5) dollars for the sewer permit and .02 per square for the building permit.
