Burlington Tennis Center:
Planning Commission has given approval as to the con-
cept with consideration given regarding sewer, water
and building design: Approval June 27, 1972.
Proposal is to construct indoor and outdoor tennis center.
Use is allowed in Business District A. Area in question
is zoned Industrial District A.
Location Kennedy Drive by I.O.W. for Green Mountain
Power, on Brand property.
If approved, business on Dorset Street will be relocated.
Will require City Council sanction.
Section 9.10 - Subsection 5 allows Zoning Board to
permit any use proposed after public hearing.

Dear Mr. Richard:
Upon examination of your application for a zoning variance I find
that the lot in question in in conformance with Section 11.40 of
the City's Zoning Regulations abl may therefore be developed.
It is my understanding that the lot contains fifty (50) foot
frontage off Birchwood Court and that the overall lot measures
62,8' x 1461.
The area is zoned Residential 4 District which allows for &Angle
family dwellings. The proposed location of your dwelling as sub-
mitted on Monday, January 30, 1978 is in conformance to the dim-
ensional requirements.
Once the question of water and sewer has been resolved, this office
will issue a permit.
We are returning your thiry dollar check and a application for a
permit. A permit is also required for the sewer connection, the
fees are five (5) dollars for the sewer permit and .02 per square
for the building permit.
