DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT
On the 12th day of July, 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of
Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Stephen
Valiquette, 14 Birchwood Court based on the following facts and
findings:
1) The applicant is requesting to use a detached garage in order
to operate a home occupation. Home occupations are allowed within
a minor portion of the dwelling.
2) Will not alter the character of the area, appearance of the
garage will not change.
3) Dwelling unit (251x32' cape) not large enough, needs living
area for family.
4) Proposed business is scaling down in order to phase out.
5) Applicant used garage for one year in 1986 and no problems were
created.
Based upon the above facts ' and findings the appellant' s request for
C a variance is hereby granted.
