South Burlington Planning Commission approved or 5d6rAmd the
request of Fa-,t-O-T,ake Associates, 1233 Shelburne Road
for 2 i tP ;�l an anx�rnva 1 under Section 19.65
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall be limited to the existing
curb cuts; they will be widened to 27 feet. The northerly
,hall be the entrance; the southerly shall be exit only.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKING - Eighty spaces are required for
Phase I The balance (33 spaces) shall be built in Phase
II The fire chief must approve road widths and fire access.
All aisle widths shall be shown at 24 feet.
3. LANDSCAPING $ SCREENING - Phase I landscaping shall be
$3000 Phase II shall be $34,000. Revised plans must be sub-
mitted to the City Planner for approval. Bonds shall be posted
prior to permit
4. Sewer and water easements must be acquired prior to permit.
