Melissa Cronin (to Everyone): 7:11 PM: This will change the character of our neighborhoods. Where will these families recreate? Walk their dogs?
Barb Sirvis (to Everyone): 7:17 PM: Are they going to remove the last of the trees? They decimated the property with the first project. Will this finish the destruction?
Barb Sirvis (to Everyone): 7:22 PM: Maybe there is a plan to replace trees?
Melissa Cronin (to Everyone): 7:22 PM: Will purchasers be aware of a "no left turn" onto kennedy drive before they purchase, if this is the case? residents of lancaster were not notified
and only learned of this after moving in.
Melissa Cronin (to Everyone): 7:27 PM: What about the impact on traffic along Kennedy Diver? How will that be addressed?
Barb Sirvis (to Everyone): 8:24 PM: Agree with comment about "public usage space" and need to see visual representation.
Frank Kochman (to Everyone): 8:28 PM: 1. I am distressed by the isolation of affordable units in one building. I would like to understand whether CHT has concurred in this proposal
and, if so, why. It flies in the face of the most basic affordable housing principles that have been operable since the end of public housing in the early seventies. I also concur
with Mark's concern about public usage open space.
(note: I responded to Frank privately to ask if he was present for the early part of the conversation, he said he was and considered the explanation to be inadequate)
