HomeMy WebLinkAboutVR-93-0000 - Decision - 1223 Shelburne RoadSTATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON DECISION AND FINDING OF FACT On the 8th day of November 1993, the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment heard evidence regarding the appeal of Chittenden Bank, Donald Martin, agent, Lakewood Commons, 1223 Shelburne Road based on the following facts and findings: 1) Applicant is requesting permission to subdivide a Planned Commercial Development into six (6) lots which is described as the building footprint. Each lot averages approximately 4500 square feet with the balance of the land (4 acres) being held in common. 2) Planned Commercial Developments are allowed with area, density and dimensional modifications by the Planning Commission. The creation of lots which are the same as the building footprint does not alter the character of the property. 3) Lot size limitations does not permit conveyance of the lot with each building. 4) Original developer is no longer involved with this project. Hardship proceeds this appellant. 5) Variance does not permit any change in the physical appearance.
