Dear Mr. Ward;
I would like to apply for a variance to expand the number of
people employed at Moses Real Estate from two to Four full
time associates. Enclosed please find the application as well
as a copy of the plan for the real estate office.
The operation involves having one or two persons at a time on
the premises to cover phones. There is no plan for a secretary
at this time. Most appointments are conducted in the field, and
a minimum amount of time will be spent at the office by the
associates. Currently there are several people licensed with
the firm who are not active or under contract with the firm.
These inactive people will not be conducting any business here.

On July 9, 1975 the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjust-
ment granted you a variance to operate a real estate office
in conjunction with your motel. They did stipulate that
no more than two people in the real estate business work
from this location. (See attached letter).
Enclosed is an application form for a zoning appeal.
Complete this form and return along with a sketch plan
showing the area to be used as your real estate office,
also a letter describing your operation and the number of
agents doing business from the motel.
