Dear Mr. Maglaris:
Be advised that the Zonin7 Foard of Adjustment has granted
approval of your request for a zoning variance.
The Board did stipulate that the landscaped area be extended
within the 40 ft. front yard to the full width of the
building and that no parking be allowed within the front
yard on the west side.of the lot. This area is to be
suitably landscaped.
This office will be scheduling you for site plan review
before the Planning Commission meeting of January 14, 1975.
Prior to this date, please submit a revised plan showing
all landscaping.
