has granted your request for a zoning variance, allowing for the
construction of a 12' x 20' addition to within eight (8) feet
of the southerly side yard. As agreed upon by you and the Board
the proposed addition will have no kitchen area, thereby not creating
a second dwelling unit. We will issue a permit upon your request,
based on a construction cost of $6,000 your -9ee will be six dollars.
