March 6, 1979 Mr. William Szymanski City Manager - South Burlington 1175 Williston Road South Burlington, Vermont 05401 U z 1775 Shelburne Road Uyview Square - Office Complex Dear Mr. Szymanski: The purpose of this letter is to follow up on last City Council meeting. Our firm entered into a contract to purchase this property at 4 time when the connector off ramp -was proposed south . of this site. Since that time the State has proposed dissecting our property. In conversations we have had with the State they told t}a there were alternatives, and that South Bur'lingto} was aware of these. Hence our surprise that the Council tableT us to "investigate" alternatives. We'are very serious in developing our property with a project which we teet is dschecxc:ally pieasiug, a low trii4tic generator and consistent with the area and City Plan. We would therefore ask that an effort be made to ascertain as soon as possible' where the connector off ramp can be moved.
