City Zoning Regulations as a medium traffic generator based on a lot size of
60,000 square feet. Your lot contains 14,310 square feet therefore the ratio
of vehicle trips per peak hour to lot size would indicate a change.
Before the hearing, you should prepare traffic information. Two points to con-
sider are the traffic generated by the gasoline station and the expected traffic
for the new use. This information should be available for the hearing.
