Request is for permission to construct an addition containing approximately 5,970 square feet, to within eleven (11) feet of the northerly side yard, at 1080 Shelburne Road. Robert M. Conditional use approval was granted January 8, 1979 by the City Council, with the following stipulations: 1) That proper traffic control devices (islands and directional signs) shall be installed. The location and design to be approved by the Planning Commission at site plan review. 2) That all proposed drainage work shall be approved by the City Engineer. 3) That a performance bond be posted for all site improvements curb work -end landscaping).
