Re: Findings of Fact, application of Anthony Perry,
for revised site plan for the expansion to Perrys Fish
House, formerly Pappas Restaurant at 1080 Shelburne Road
On the 8th of October 19_85, the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved X xxtecDjx:W the
request of Anthony Perry
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning i�egulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall be from one curb cut on
Shelburne Road and two on Baldwin. Two cuts shall be
closed on Shelburne Road.
2. CIRCULATION AIND PARKING - Circulation is improved with
vehicles entering on Shelburne Road and exiting on Baldwin.
Eighty eight parking spaces are shown as required.
3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $5550 landscaping bond shall
be posted prior to permit. The plan is adequate.
4. OTHER: A 4500 gpd sewer allocation is -made. The permit
shall be obtained within 6 months.
