Two cuts shall be closed on Shelburne Road. 2. CIRCULATION AIND PARKING - Circulation is improved with vehicles entering on Shelburne Road and exiting on Baldwin. Eighty eight parking spaces are shown as required. 3. LANDSCAPING & SCREENING - A $5550 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. The plan is adequate. 4. OTHER: A 4500 gpd sewer allocation is -made. The permit shall be obtained within 6 months. South Burlington Planninq Commission
