Dear Bill:
This letter serves to confirm that the South Burlington Planning
Commission granted Site Plan approval for the 100 seat expansion
of Pappas Restaruant on March 26, 1985. This approval included
an allocation of 4500 gallons per day of sewer capacity from the
Bartlett's Bay Treatment Plant. At this time, we have sufficient
capacity to handle this addition although we have not yet de-
termined our policy and fee schedule for new or additional sewer
use. You may apply for a building permit when all stipulations
have been met and when we have determined the appropriate charges.
Sincerely,
Jane S. Bechtel,
City Planner
