HomeMy WebLinkAboutSP-81-0000 - Decision - 1080 Shelburne RoadFINDINGS OF FACT STATE OF VERMONT COUNTY OF CHITTENDEN CITY OF SOUTH BURLINGTON Re: Findings of Fact, application of Midway Oil Corporation, Convenience Store and Gas Station, Shelburne Road On the 27th of October 1981 , the South Burlington P anning Commiss on or denied the request of Midway Oil Corporation for Site Plan Approval under Section of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the following findings: 1. TRAFFIC ACCESS - Proposal represents an increase in traffic over previous use. Applicant has presented 'no site improvements that would qualify as a traffic improvement under Section 7.50. The proposed square footage and estimated traffic level of the proposed use exceeds the amount permitted under Artice VII and Table III. The owner of the property has 2.
