Be advised that the South Burlington Zoning Board of Adjustment has denied
your request for a zoning variance for 1048 Shelburne Road.
The board will issue formal findings at a later date. The Board's general
findings is that your proposal is over development of the lot.

regulations in the neighborhood or district in which the property

is no possibility that the property can be developed in strict
conformity with the provisions of the zoning regulations and that
the authorization of a variance is therefore necessary to enable
the reasonable use of the property;
