The sidewalk along Shelburne Road shall be replaced across the entrance drive and shall be continued across the driveway. A bond shall be posted for this in an amount determined by the City Engineer. 2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Sixty five spaces are shown. Circulation is adequate. 3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $270 landscaping bond shall be posted prior to permit. 4. The Planning Commission approves the 15 trips that are projected during the peak hour.
