Re: Findings of,Fact, application of Peter Val Preda,
1048 Shelburne Road for Budget Rent-A-Car
On the 12th of November 19 85 , the
South Burlington Planning Commission approved btxd9KI6d the
request of Peter Val Preda, Leonard Lamoreux, agent
for site plan approval under Section 19.10
of the South Burlington Zoning Regulations based on the
following findings:
1, TRAFFIC ACCESS - Access shall be from the former Hough
Street. The sidewalk along Shelburne Road shall be replaced
across the entrance drive and shall be continued across the
driveway. A bond shall be posted for this in an amount
determined by the City Engineer.
2. CIRCULATION AND PARKI14G - Sixty five spaces are shown.
Circulation is adequate.
3. LANDSCAPING 3 SCREENING - A $270 landscaping bond shall
be posted prior to permit.
4. The Planning Commission approves the 15 trips that are
projected during the peak hour. The building permit shall be
obtained within 6 months.
