INCIDENT TYPE: Driving with a Criminally Suspended License.
BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On May 7th 2018 at approximately 1526 hours, South Burlington Police observed a vehicle traveling West on Williston Road with a rear brake light out. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle for defective equipment. Further investigation revealed that the operator of the vehicle, Alexander
Dupoise, 23, of New Haven, had a criminally suspended license. Dupoise was subsequently arrested
and transported back to South Burlington Police Department for processing. He was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden Superior Court on May 25th, 2018 to answer the charges.
