BRIEF NARRATIVE:
On May 30th at 12:21 am, a South Burlington PD officer conducted a motor vehicle stop on a dodge Ram Pickup truck on White St/ Maplewood Dr after checking the vehicles registration through DMV records and
discovering that the license plates attached to the vehicle were not assigned to that vehicle. The license plates on the vehicle were found to have an expired registration associated to them.
The operator of the vehicle was identified as Kirk W. Bolio 40 y/o of Fairfield. Bolio’s license was checked through DMV records and was found to be currently criminally suspended in the state of Vermont. Bolio was placed into custody for the offense. Bolio was later released on a citation to appear at Chittenden County Superior Court- Criminal Division on 06/21/2018 to answer for the charge.
