BRIEF NARRATIVE: On 03/30/2018 at approximately 12:48 AM a South Burlington Police Officer was conducting traffic enforcement on Williston Road when they observed a vehicle exiting the City of South Burlington and into the City of Burlington traveling 35 miles per hour in a posted 25 mile per hour speed zone.
